Former Adjutant Recalls Jokowi's Leadership: After Kunker, Immediately Returns To The Country Until The Decision Is Ratas

JAKARTA - The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo officially ended his position in line with the inauguration of Prabowo Subianto as the 8th President of the Republic of Indonesia on Sunday.

"Congratulations on leading the country, President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2024-2029, President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka," Jokowi tweeted, Joko Widodo's nickname on social media X, as quoted on Sunday, October 20.

Since taking office in 2014, Jokowi has a number of aides from the three TNI and Police dimensions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Lieutenant General TNI Mohammad Fadjar is one of them. Pati TNI AD, who now serves as Commander of the TNI Kodiklat, became an aide in 2016-2017.

"Congratulations, Respect and Proud of the achievement until the end of your (Jokowi) retirement as President of the Republic of Indonesia, the National Knight," he wrote in a short message to VOI.

The position of Lt. Gen. Fadjar was then replaced by Major General TNI Deddy Suryadi. Before becoming an aide, he served as Commander of the Kopassus Group-2 based in Kartasura, Central Java.

"I really impressed him. The work ethic is never extinguished, and the entertainment is that when you meet the community, you can recover again," said the aide to the president in 2017-2019 in a short message.

"If you make a decision in the Meeting (limited meeting), what will be the impact on the people and the little people," said the Commander General of the 36th Kopassus.

"When the kunker (work visit) leaves (abroad), when the event is finished, go straight back to the country even though the trip can take more than 20 hours (so sometimes long on the road)," he recalled.

Maj. Gen. Deddy, who now serves as Pangdam IV/Diponegoro, prays for Jokowi to remain a polite statesman and always maintain harmony and unity.

Jokowi's last aide from the land dimension was Brigadier General Muhammad Imam Gogor who served in 2021-2022.

"There are not many moments that have been immortalized with Mr. @jokowi for 10 years. Not as much and as deep as I have remembered, picking, learning, absorbing from what you have filed," wrote Brigadier General Gogor on his social media which was shared via text message.

"It's too long to express, but simplicity, patience, determination and the spirit of never giving up is the simplest thing I can hold firmly," continued Pati TNI AD, who last served as Aspers Kaskostrad and now a Permanent Defense University lecturer.

"Just saying thank you will never be enough, because what you give is never possible to just reply with a thank you," he added.

It is known, in the last two years of his reign, Jokowi was accompanied by the assistant assistant to the president. Two well-known figures are Major Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya, who later became Cabinet Secretary in President Prabowo Subianto's Red and White Cabinet.

The next aide assistant is Syarif Police Commissioner Muhammad Fitriansyah. He was seen flying together and accompanying Jokowi back to Solo on Sunday.
