Happy Birthday To Prabowo, Puan Prays For Always Healthy Can Lead Indonesia Better

JAKARTA - The chairman of the PDIP DPP, Puan Maharani, responded to the plan to hold a meeting of PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri with the elected President, Prabowo Subianto, to be held in Batu Tulis, Bogor.

Instead of revealing the leak, Puan congratulated Prabowo, who today is his 73rd birthday. The chairman of the Indonesian House of Representatives prayed that Prabowo would always be healthy in order to lead a better Indonesia.

"God willing (meetings with Megawati and Prabowo). And on this occasion I would like to congratulate Pak Prabowo. May you always be healthy, long life, can lead Indonesia to become a better Indonesia," said Puan at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Thursday, October 17.

Asked about whether Megawati had a plan to visit Prabowo's residence in Hambalang, Puan assessed that the General Chairperson of Gerindra would definitely take advantage of his birthday moments with his family.

"God willing. If the Prabowo is definitely busy with his family, so God willing," said Puan.

Puan also commented on the PDIP elite meeting at Megawati's residence in Teuku Umar, Jakarta. He said the meeting was a normal thing.

"Ordinary meeting, meeting with the general chairman to discuss things that are currently happening, yes, ahead of the presidential inauguration and others," he said.

But Puan did not deny that there was a discussion about the preparation for the meeting between Megawati and Prabowo.

"Yes, it can," he said.
