Feeling Traumatized Due To Alleged Domestic Violence From Edward Akbar, Kimberly Border Accompanied By Psychologists
After dismantling the alleged domestic violence committed by Edward Akbar, Kimberly Ryder said that he was now accompanied by a psychologist. Previously, Kimberly filed a complaint with Komnas Perempuan regarding the alleged domestic violence she experienced.
"There is a schedule for psychologists this week," said Kimberly Border at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, October 16.
Kimberly explained that this psychologist was given from the Ministry of Women and Children Empowerment (Kemenppa) after filing a complaint.
"That's this week I just got a schedule from Kemenppa. There are indeed psychologists from them," he explained.
Not without reason, Kimberly admitted that the domestic violence that has been suspected to have occurred since 2019 and has been suppressed by her so far has caused her own trauma.
"But of course I've been through all of this for several years, there's quite a trauma in itself," said Kimberly Border.
Kimberly had told that the violence she experienced had been felt since the beginning of her marriage. Where initially Edward only damaged goods.

"From the beginning of marriage, actually, from the beginning of marriage, it was not a year of marriage. At first it was more about destroying goods, so it was slammed, damaging cellphones, laptops, cameras, all kinds of things," said KimberlyRIDer in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, October 8.
He even said that Edward took excessive anti-depressant drugs, so it was suspected that it was the trigger for his rude attitude.
"No alcohol, he doesn't drink alcohol. It's just that he's always been drinking anti-depressant. So there are some drugs that he's taken to relieve depression since his mother died," he explained.
"It's just that his mother died in 2010, now it's in 2024, so it's been too long for it to be used," he said.
