Study Reveals The Hazard Of Habits Using Cellphones Before Sleep

JAKARTA - Many people are still actively using their cellphones just before bed at night. This was proven through a survey conducted by MakressNextDay on 50 million respondents.

Most of the respondents admitted that they did use the ponse before going to bed at night. However, please note that this habit is bad because it can affect the health of the body.

The light emitted by the cellphone can make the eye not feel sleepy so it is awake overnight. This is certainly not good for the body because there will be a lack of sleep and quality rest.

Not only that, the habit of using cell phones before bed can also spread bacteria and germs that cause disease to the surface of the bed. Research conducted by the LAD Bible reveals that on average people touch their cellphones more than 2,600 times a day, which can make bacteria accumulate on their phones.

The study also found that 51 percent of users do not clean their phones. This makes bacteria and germs more free to breed on mobile phones.

The most common type of bacteria found in mobile phones is pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is also widely found in fire droppings. These bacteria can cause various diseases, such as skin irritation to ear infections.

With that it is highly recommended not to use a cell phone at least one hour before bed to avoid such a bad impact. Pastika is also to regularly clean your phone with an alcohol swab or gadget cleaning fluid to prevent bacteria from developing on your cellphone.
