JAKARTA - The Lebanese Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) reported that the death toll from the Israeli military invasion of Lebanon since October 8, 2023 reached 2,255 people and 10,524 others were injured.

In the past 24 hours, the Lebanese Ministry of Health has recorded 26 deaths and 144 others injured as a result of the Zionist military strike.

Citing Anadolu via Antara, Sunday, October 13, Israel has launched massive airstrikes across Lebanon against what it claims are Hezbollah's targets since September 23, 2024.

A wave of brutal attacks since September 23 as an escalation of the Israel-Hezbollah cross-border war has killed more than 1,437 people and injured more than 4,123 others.

The cross-border war, which has lasted for a year, broke out since the start of the Israeli genocide campaign in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.

In Gaza itself, the brutal attack Israel has launched since the Hamas group of fighters launched a cross-border attack on October 7, 2023, has killed nearly 42,200 people, mostly women and children.

Although the international community has warned Israel that the Middle East region is on the verge of a regional war amid its relentless wave of attacks on Gaza and Lebanon, Tel Aviv actually expanded the conflict by launching an attack on southern Lebanon on October 1, 2024.
