If Elected, Cagub Ridwan Kamil Promises To Promote MSMEs Through His Personal Instagram
JAKARTA - Candidate for Governor (Cagub), Ridwan Kamil promised to promote micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through his personal social media (medsos) Instagram which reached 22 million followers.
Therefore, he invites the whole community, especially mothers, to open a business through digital or application. So they don't have to rent a shophouse, but only from home to open their own business.
"So we will target these women as long as they want to be trained, digitally promote. Imagine, there are millions of mothers who finally get additional income for our digital system to touch our daily lives," said Ridwan Kamil to Duren Sawit residents when listening to his aspirations, Sunday, October 13.
"There's no need (to rent shop), for example that's Mrs. Eha's name. I have 22 million Instagram followers. Now, every day I promote two MSMEs. It's free on IG Story," he continued.

Regarding public complaints about the high price of basic commodities, said Ridwan, he plans to make cheap markets in each DKI Jakarta sub-district. So that traders and mothers are not burdened with the cost of basic commodities.
"We have a low-cost market once a month, in the urban village. Later we will look for a place, so that not all residents of Jakarta don't buy basic necessities by market law, the state will intervene if it has a yellow flag. If it's about starting to get overwhelmed because the price goes up, we go down in a cheap market manner in all Jakarta urban villages," he concluded.
