Mother In Karawang Who Was Sued By Her Son For Forging Signatures Was Sentenced To 10 Months Of Trial

JAKARTA - The Public Prosecutor at the trial at the Karawang District Court, West Java, Wednesday, demanded that a mother named Kusu Lutaki, who was sued by her son regarding the falsification of signatures of the heir certificate, be sentenced to ten months in prison with a trial period of one year.

Public Prosecutor Karina Tri Agustina said Kusu Integrated was believed to have been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing a criminal act of ordering someone to falsify a false statement into an authentic deed, as the third indictment violates Article 266 (1) of the Criminal Code.

Prison crimes can be decided with special conditions, if for three months the defendant cannot fulfill the request of witness or reporter Stephanie to audit the family company and show a list of the prices of his wealth while marrying the late Sugianto, then a special requirement applies, namely that the defendant is sentenced to ten months in prison.

The family company in question is PT Expedition for the Shiploading Bimajaya Mustika.

The Chief Justice of the Karawang District Court, Nelly Andriani, at the previous trial had wanted the case of reporting the child against her biological mother to be resolved peacefully.

However, for months, the peace process carried out on the advice of the panel of judges did not reach an agreement.

Meanwhile, related to the demands made by the public prosecutor, Stephanie, the biological child and the reporting status in the case, she considered the decision to ignore the victim's sense of justice and tended to pay more attention to the interests of the defendant.

"As a victim, I feel very disappointed with the charges of the trial against the defendant filed by the prosecutor. Because there is absolutely no basis for the just, the perpetrator and the criminal eraser committed by the defendant," he said.
