Mahalini Becomes Indonesia's Representative In The 2024 MTV EMA Nomination
JAKARTA - Mahalini became Indonesia's representative who again appeared in the 2024 MTV Europe Music Award (EMA) nomination. The 24-year-old singer from Denpasar is included in the Best Asian Act category.
The singer 'Until Closing his Eyes' will compete with four other names representing his country each. They are BINI from the Philippines, ILLIT from South Korea, MASDO from Malaysia, and Sakurazaka46 from Japan.
Mahalini became the third Indonesian singer to be nominated for MTV EMA. Previously, Indonesia was represented by NIKI in 2022, then Tiara Andini in 2023.
The singer himself celebrates his success in being nominated for uploads on his Instagram Story.
