Students Of The Same-Sex Porn Video Actor And Inses Perpetrator In Kuningan Become Suspects

Kuningan Police, West Java, handled cases of same-sex pornography and inses after two video recordings circulated on social media.

Based on the results of the investigation, he said, the underage perpetrator deliberately recorded the deviant action and then spread it on social media.

"The one who recorded it was the perpetrator who was in high school and he also distributed it. Meanwhile, the victim was a teenager who was a junior high school student," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, October 4.

Even though he was a suspect, the perpetrator did not undergo detention because he was still a minor, so the handling of this case used the juvenile justice system.

Currently, he continued, the perpetrators have been placed in a safe house under the supervision of the Kuningan Regency Family Population Control Service Planning for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A).

"Because the perpetrator is a child in conflict with the law, he is currently under the supervision of the relevant agencies and the PPA Unit of the Kuningan Police Satreksrim. The victim himself is returned to his family. Currently, we are still conducting further observations," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kuningan Police, AKP I Putu Ika Prabawa, said that his party is currently handling a pornography case, namely a video containing immoral investigations involving a woman with the initials S (36) and her biological child R (20).

In this case, the police have arrested the two perpetrators and the video recorder with the initials KS (26) who has now been named a suspect.

"The two perpetrators have been arrested. Then following the suspect KS, who we arrested on Thursday (3/10) night," he said.

Ika said the motive for the perpetrators to make the pornographic video was to make a profit by distributing the video digitally.
