JAKARTA - The premium brand from South Korea, Genesis presented the launch of GV80 Black and GV80 Coupe Black. Both appeared in black that showed a firm and exclusive impression.

Launching from the official Genesis website, Friday, October 4, these two models have a deep black theme covering the entire exterior and interior. This also realizes the meaning of the design philosophy of Athletic Elegency launched by the brand.

The entire exterior was seen on the GV80 Black and GV80 Coupe wrapped in black, including radiator grips, bumper decorations, front emblems, DayLight Opening (DLO) prints, roof racks, and rear bumper prints.

An elegant black color is also seen in the side bezels in the headlights, showing that the brand pays attention to the full details of the crossover.

The two SUV models come with a glossy black rim measuring 22 inches and dark central cap. The back door is now decorated with a Genesis' emblem with dark metallic letters that add a classy touch.

The interior is also decorated with black accents that envelop the entire section, such as infotainment screens, center consoles, dental transfer dials, kunob infotainment, and individual bucket-style seats covered with comfortable skin.

In order to add traction to this model, the interior is decorated with genuine wood which adds to the exclusive impression and there is a premium carpet that is different from cars in general.

Unfortunately, the technical side of the engine has not been disclosed by Genesis. It is estimated that both of them will use the same powertrain as the standard version, namely a 4-cylinder 2.5 liter turbocharged with a capacity of 300 dk and a 422 Nm torque or a 3.5 liter twin-turbo V6 with 375 dk of power and a 530 Nm torque.

This model will be marketed to Korean countries at undisclosed prices and launch times. GV80 and GV80 Coupe are other models that are presented with a special black color, in addition to the G90 which launched last March.
