Owners Of A Methamphetamine Factory In Serang Luxury House Don't Care About Residents
JAKARTA - The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of the Republic of Indonesia revealed that the mastermind behind the narcotics factory in the luxury house in the Serang area, Banten, Beny Setiawan, is known as an anti-social person.
This is known from the testimony of residents and neighbors living in front of Beny's luxury house, Joko (64 years old) to BNN.
"Pak Beny has a closed personality and rarely socializes. Even when he bought the luxury house, he only greeted and got acquainted once," Joko said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, October 4.
According to him, Beny has rarely left the house and the luxury house have changed ownership three times.
Beny's luxury house in the Purna Bakti Complex, Serang, which is used as a clinical laboratory or narcotics dark laboratory, has five rooms, four toilets, a swimming pool, an electronic gate, and one place of worship.
The production activities are carried out in the front room and the raw materials are stored in the toilet.
Beny's illicit business was also successfully sniffed by BNN through a package in the form of 16 sacks sent through an expedition service.
After the raids were carried out, a total of 971 thousand white pills contained narcotics type PCC (Paracetamol, Caffeine, Carisoprodol).

For this action, Beny and his colleagues were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) subsidiary Article 113 paragraph (2) jo. Article 132 paragraph (1) subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) jo. Article 132 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, with a maximum threat of the death penalty or life imprisonment.
