Allegations Of Village Fund Corruption, Ex-Lebakgowah Village Head Enters Class IIB Slawi Prison
JAKARTA The case of alleged corruption in the Lebakgowah Village Budget, Lebaksulu District for Fiscal Year 2022 and 2023 is still ongoing at the District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Tegal Regency. Head of Intel Kejari Tegal Regency, Yusuf Luqita Danawihardja explained, the investigation process for abuse of authority in the management of the Village Budget has been carried out again on October 2, 2024, according to Sprint-572/M.3.43/Fd.1/07/2024 dated July 23, 2024.
"The examination of Bima Panji Sakti as the Head of Lebakgowah Village in 2022/2023 to then determine the person concerned as a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the management of the Lebakgowah Village Budget," Yusuf said in his statement, Thursday, October 3.
Yusuf explained that the determination of Bima as a suspect was in accordance with the Letter of Determination of Suspect Number: B-787/M.3.43/Fd.1/10/2024, October 2, 2024.
Bima is suspected of Article 2 paragraph (1) jo. Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption subsidiary Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 jo. Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption.

"A calculation of state financial losses has been carried out by the Inspectorate of Tegal Regency as reported on the Calculation of State Financial Losses in Lebakgowah Village, TA.2022 and TA.2023 number: 700.1.2.1./03/1784 dated October 1, 2024 with a loss value of around Rp. 390 million," he said.
Yusuf said that after the fulfillment of all the tools of his party, he also detained the suspect.
"Dan atas kegiatan penyidikan ini, sejak hari ini tersangka dilakukan penahan rutan di Lapas Klas IIB Slawi selama 20 hari ke depan sebagaimana Surat Perintah Penahanan Nomor: Sprint-788/M.3.43/Fd.1/10/2024 tanggal 021 Oktober 2024," pungkasnya.
