Rano Karno Concerning Preparation For The Gubernatorial Election Debate: For Me It's Normal
JAKARTA - The General Election Commission (KPU) of DKI Jakarta will hold the inaugural debate of the candidate pair for Governor-Deputy Governor of Jakarta on Sunday, October 6. The candidate for Deputy Governor candidate number 3, Rano Karno, admitted that he did not have special preparations in the face of the debate.
Because, according to the man who is familiarly called Bang Doel, the debate material that will be presented is the presentation of the vision and mission and the ideas of each candidate in building Jakarta.
"There has been no special preparation. It's normal. Debate means the program. It must be our program like this, how will his program be, we'll debate it later. Which one is feasible. Actually, it's just like that," said Rano in Kedoya, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, Tuesday, October 1.
According to Rano, he has held several debate activities for regional head candidates, starting from the election of candidates for the Regent-Deputy Regent of Tangerang, and when participating in the previous Pilkada for the Governor-Vice Governor of Banten.
"For me, this debate starting from 2007 has been debated. This means that in the first election, the deputy governor, deputy governor, governor. So, for me, the debate is normal," said Rano.
On the one hand, Pramono Anung-Rano Karno's winning team is currently continuing to prepare what material the cagub-cawagub will convey according to the theme of the inaugural debate given by the DKI Jakarta KPU.
"God willing, it will be ready. This means that it is not arrogant. I have gone through, the term is how many times this debate has been. So I already understand, I already know," explained Rano.

Rano said that he and Pramono only needed to practice explaining their program according to the duration of the presentation set by the KPU in the debate later.
"The most language, the problem is that the duration is short. It's not more than 4 minutes. What do you want to talk about in 4 minutes. So, for me as a spectacle, the rhythm will be disturbed. Debate is the best if we are back and forth (tektok)," he explained.
