KPK Investigate Project Allotment At Semarang City Government For Legislators Through DPRD Chair
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said there was a project in the Semarang City Government (Pemkot) which was allotted for DPRD members. This allegation was investigated by six witnesses, including the Chairman of the Semarang City DPRD Kadar Lusman who was questioned on Thursday, September 26 yesterday.
"The witnesses were all present and examined regarding the work package at the Semarang City Government which is the allotment of the commission members," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Friday, September 27.
Tessa said other witnesses who were also questioned about the bancakan of this project were AR and EY as civil servants, private with the initials BS, MK as Chair of Commission A of the Semarang City DPRD, and RAW as Deputy Chair of Commission D of the Semarang City DPRD.
Meanwhile, from the information gathered, those examined were Deputy Chairman of Commission D of the Semarang DPRD Rahmulyo Adi Wibodo; Chairman of Commission A of the Semarang DPRD Meidiana Kuswara; private party, Budi Susilo; Semarang City Trade Secretary Agus Rochim; and Semarang City Disdukcapil Secretary Erwidati Yuliandari.
"The investigation was carried out at the Semarang Polrestabes," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK began investigating three alleged corruption crimes within the Semarang City Government (Pemkot). The details are the procurement of goods and services within the Semarang City Government in 2023-2024, the alleged extortion of civil servants related to incentives for collecting taxes and levies in the Semarang City area, as well as the alleged receipt of gratuities in 2023-2024.
Searches have been carried out in various locations such as in the cities of Semarang, Kudus, Salatiga, and others. From there, documents up to Rp1 billion and 9,650 euros were found as well as dozens of watches allegedly related to the case.
In this case, four people have been prevented from leaving the country for six months. They are Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu or Mbak Ita who is the Mayor of Semarang, Chairman of Commission D of the Central Java DPRD who is also the husband of Mbak Ita, Alwin Basri; Chairman of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gapensi) Semarang City, Martono; and Rahmat Djangkar who is a private party.
