KIM Presents Magnet, Groovy Collaboration With Marion Jola

JAKARTA - The KIM trio consisting of Arsy Widianto, Rachel Rae, and Gusty Pratama is back working in a single entitled 'Magnet'. In this single they collaborated with the singer in a karaoke and charmful manner, Marion Jola.

This opportunity became KIM's first collaboration single since starting their journey as a vocal group. Lala admitted that she had been enthusiastic since she first heard the demo of her song.

"When I heard the demonstration, I immediately fell in love with the song, the tone was really good. Moreover, the collaboration with KIM," Marion Jola said in a written broadcast received by VOI, September 27.

'Magnet' was created by Arsy Widianto with his father, Yovie Widianto with a cheerful pop feel. The arrangement is comfortable and beautiful with a gyrovy rhythm tone.

This song tells about a situation where a romantic relationship between two people is supposed to be'secret'. Why? Because actually both of them have been committed to others, but both of them cannot deny that they have romantic feelings for each other.

"So the story is more like it, because both of them like it, but realize that they can't be together, even though they are stuck, yes, and finally, it's just friends, nothing more," said Arsy.

This danceable track is also reinforced by the rap part they first tried. This small touch is an interesting form of exploration.

Not only that, but the music also shows excitement. By taking the background of a restaurant, the music video directed by Jessy Silviani and Bobby Adrian V presents a story that strengthens the lyrics. However, it's still fun, with all the joy that is shown.

"It's really fun working on the video, the concept is also right, there are many fun impressions too. The results are very satisfying," said Rachel Rae, who was agreed by Gusty Pratama and Arsy Widianto.

Through this single 'Magnet', the trio KIM hopes that the songs can be enjoyed by many people, can be an exciting soundtrack when starting the day. It wants to be heard as much as possible by music lovers, and they can be happy when they hear it,' hoped KIM personnel.
