Corruption State Losses Dasan Gria Village Fund NTB Rp300 Million, Police: Already Got 2 Evidences

The Mataram City Police, which collaborated with the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Inspectorate, found a potential state financial loss in the management of the Dasan Gria Village Fund (ADD) for the 2018 budget year worth IDR 300 million.

Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Mataram Police, Kompol I Made Yogi Purusa Utama, said that his party had found indications of unlawful acts with potential losses.

All novice evidence in the investigation process is confirmed to have been completed based on the results of data collection and requests for clarification from related parties.

"So, now we are just waiting for the case title at the NTB Regional Police to determine the next step, whether it can be investigated or not," he said in Mataram, NTB, Monday, September 23, which was confiscated by Antara.

Yogi said that a case handling could go up to investigation if two pieces of evidence had been obtained. The regulation refers to Article 184 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

"So, referring to Article 184 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, we have obtained at least two pieces of evidence, so we just have to wait for the case title at the NTB Regional Police," he said.

If the handling of this case goes up to the investigation stage, Yogi ensures that no suspect has been named, but his party still has to re-examine the related parties as witnesses and the completeness of the audit results on calculating state financial losses and expert opinions.

"If the investigation has been investigated, call again who is clarified at the investigation stage. Called to be examined as a witness. In yesterday's investigation, it was still an invitation to clarify," said Yogi.

Before reaching the investigation process, the inspectorate had made recovery efforts by burdening the village for compensation of Rp. 300 million.

Until the deadline for recovery, it was revealed that the village only handed over part of it with a value of Rp. 190 million from the total state financial loss of Rp. 300 million.

"The results of the inspectorate are that the rest have not been completed, so we continue to criminalize the process," he said.

There are allegations that the former village head with the initials MNK as the party responsible for the emergence of potential state financial losses in the management of ADD.

"The potential loss occurred during the village head with the initials MNK in office in 2018," he said.

Dasan Gria Village, which is located in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, manages ADD in 2018 worth IDR 926 million.
