Address Not Found, Ferry Irawan And Venna Melinda Divorce Session Postponed
JAKARTA - The divorce trial between Ferry Irawan and Venna Melinda was held for the first time at the South Jakarta Religious Court today, Monday, September 23.
Unfortunately, both Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan were not present at the trial which is still scheduled for this administration.
"So today, September 23, the first trial, yes, the process was administrative, submission of a lawsuit, submission of a power of attorney, everything has been handed over by the panel of judges," said Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno, Venna Melinda's attorney to reporters, Monday, September 23.
In addition, Kris also said that Ferry Irawan's address was not found to be the reason the trial had to be postponed for a week.
"Then the trial was postponed for a week because the defendant was not present, according to the defendant's panel, the address was unknown because the summons had been sent," explained Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno.
"So the legal process must be conveyed properly so it is not present and there has been a change in the defendant's address," he added.

Venna Melinda's attorney, Emi Wiranto, said that his party had filed an online divorce suit against Ferry Irawan.
This was done because the judge's divorce decision was declared dead because Ferry as the applicant did not make a divorce pledge before the panel of judges.
"Today we came on behalf of his attorney Venna Melinda to be the plaintiff for divorce. Yesterday, because six months had passed, it was canceled legally and died." said Emi Wiranto at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Tuesday, September 3.
