Kosgoro Student Movement Holds Golf Tournament For Gathering

JAKARTA - The Kosgoro Student Movement won a golf tournament at Sentul Highland, Bogor, on Sunday, September 22. This tournament succeeded in attracting the attention of participants who enjoyed the opportunity to compete as well as stay in touch.

The Chief Executive, Dr. Dian Assafri, revealed that this tournament was the first event organized by the Kosgoro Student Movement, to compete for the Indonesian Navy Hydro-Oceanographic Center Commander Cup, Admiral TNI Dr. Budi Purwanto. According to Dian, the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, and this tournament became an important forum for the golfer community to interact.

"Today we held the first Gema Kosgoro Golf Tournament. It's amazing, because it was attended by 22 participants. This is also a very positive gathering event," said Dian when giving a press statement at Sentul Highland, Bogor. He hopes that this tournament can become an annual agenda that is getting bigger and attracts more participants in the future.

The chairman of the Bogor City Indonesian Golf Association (PGI), HMU Kurniadi, also appreciated this tournament. He said that the Gema Kosgoro Golf Tournament has become an important platform to expand the reach of golf as well as introduce new innovations such as merging golf with fun runs.

This year, we combine golf and fun runs. Hopefully, in the coming years, this event can get bigger and have a positive impact on more people," said Kurniadi.
