Dipha Barus Creates Ciara's 2024 Remix Goodies
JAKARTA - DJ and producer who have unfurled their careers in the global arena, Dipha Barus presents the latest musical works. This time he re-remixed the song belonging to the top singer R&B from the United States, Ciara.
Dipha rejuvenated a work from two decades ago. Titled "Goodies 2024", this new version is no less captivating than the original.
Single remix "Goodies 2024" combines the vocals of R&B Ciara with Dipha's exploration as a DJ and producer with its own sound characteristics. This song is taken from Ciara's single "Goodies" which was released in 2004.
"'Goodies' was one of the anthems when I was still in school. In 2021, I decided to make a bootleg remix version of this song, so I could play it on my own set and performed it by other DJs on their set," Dipha said in a statement quoted by ANTARA.
"Two years later, I was offered by Ciara to release this remix," he added.
Remix "Goodies 2024" can now be heard on music-play platforms, marking the first step of Dipha's grand plan to release more innovative works.
