Being Detained, P. Diddy Is Under Suicide Supervision

JAKARTA - Sean 'Diddy' Combs under surveillance of suicide during his detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn. He was waiting for the trial schedule in the middle of his detention process which turned out to have an impact on his mental condition.

Diddy was arrested at a hotel in Manhattan on Monday, September 16 on suspicion of sex trafficking, extortion and transportation for prostitution.

He claimed not guilty and filed for release which was rejected twice. According to People, it is not known since when Combs was under surveillance of suicide but this action has become a form of supervision to prevent unwanted things.

When arrested by the authorities, Combs was shocked and his mental condition was not clear. Suicide surveillance is an act committed against inmates who have a tendency to commit suicide and require observation.

Combs is being held at MDC, a detention center containing 1600 inmates awaiting trial. This place is known as a dangerous place with a high number of deaths and suicides.

Combs' lawyer, Marc Agnifilo asked the judge to have the rapper transferred to prison in Essex, New Jersey. Conditions at the MDC are said to be inappropriate for pretrial.

This summer, a prisoner was killed. Four inmates have died from suicide in the past three years, "said the legal.

Sean Combs or familiarly known as P. Diddy reportedly used his popularity to intimidate the victim of joining a group called calm off. The group recorded victims without permission related to sexual matters.

Investigators also confiscated three firearms and 1000 bottles of lubricants at his home in the Miami and Los Angeles areas in March.

Diddy's follow-up trial will take place on Tuesday, September 24.
