Leaving Jay Park Agency, Jessi Establishes Her Own Agency, UNNI
JAKARTA - Singer and rapper Jessi set up their own label in a new agency. The label is named UNNI which he inaugurated on Friday, September 20.
Jessi just signed a contract with a company called DOD. Then he founded a label called UNNI which will manage music activities and solo activities outside of music.
"We will support Jessi who is talented and charismatic. So she can show her abilities not only in music but also in other environments," said DOD regarding the news.
At the same time, the NUNU NANA singer released her first photo under the UNNI label written as The Big Sister Company.
"I'm happy to announce my independent label, UNNI. Your sister means who always takes care of you. She teaches you how to makeup your face, make music and how to express yourself," wrote Jessi in her account.

Throughout her career in music, Jessi has experienced a transfer of labels for several times. He first joined YMC Entertainment in 2014.
Then he joined PSY's agency, P-Nation and gave birth to several hits. After the third year, he left the agency and chose to join Jay Park's agency, More Vision.
Less than a time for the contract, Jessi left More Vision and both parties stated that they had not experienced any conflict.
The DOD company is also an agency for four BTOB members, namely Seo Eunkwang, Im Hyunsik, Lee Minhyuk, and Peniel. They also manage the activities of Nancy MOMOLAND and Jinni ex-NMIXX.
On the other hand, Jessi will appear as one of the speakers in Apple TV+'s latest documentary titled K-pop Idols.
