Amanda Manopo Stressed That She Fell Sick Before Filming Kupu Kupu Paper

JAKARTA - Amanda Manopo to play in the film Kupu Kupu Paper which has a history background in 1965 as an innocent woman named Ning who falls in love with men, namely Ihsan who has different ideologies from her family.

Amanda said that it was not an easy matter to enter Ning's role, not because of the background of the story time but also Ning's own character.

"Untuk masalah karakter, sampai di syuting pun aku masih belajar sambil melakukan. Aku juga masih sangat berat karena ini tahunnya sudah sangat dulu, aku belum lahir utama pastinya," kata Amanda Manopo di kawasan Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis, 19 September.

Even because of this feeling of pressure, Amanda fell ill and stressed until finally the filming process had to be postponed first.

"I was so stressed, before filming I had a 3-day fever and in the end I didn't shoot because I was sick. I was very depressed to play this character," he said.

Luckily this didn't last long because he was assisted by other players such as Chicco Kurniawan, Iwa K to Reza Oktovian to make it easier for him to become Ning.

"But fortunately my co-workers are the ones who protect and can guide together to be able to give their best," he said.

Furthermore, Amanda Manopo feels grateful because there are still many viewers who are enthusiastic about this film even though they had experienced a delay in broadcasting.

"What is certain is that this is the second opportunity because at the first opportunity it turned out to be a lot of enthusiasm, many people who haven't watched 'yah, we haven't watched' excited once to hear the stories of people who have watched it," he said.
