Anya Dwinov TOLD Eddy Wijaya, Hoping That The Money In Indosurya Will Return
JAKARTA - Eddy Wijaya has a special guest at the EdShareOn program, Eddy Sharing and Discussion. The figure is Anya Dwinov, an artist who is also the host. Apart from talking about activities, Anya Dwinov also talked about the unclear amount of money in the Indosurya case. As is known, Anya Dwinov invested Rp 5 billion. But until now, the money has not been returned. "This is an Indosurya problem, the money has not been returned yet?" asked Eddy Wijaya to Anya Dwinov.
"When I turn back, I'm happy now. When I talk about Indosurya, it feels like the heart has moved to the stomach, the stomach is no longer good between the fire, butterfly, leg and stomach, it doesn't really feel good," answered Anya Dwinov slightly, holding back her frustration.
As previously reported, Anya Dwinov has been interested in investing in Indosurya since 2018. From several investment stages, Anya Dwinov admitted that the total money that had been invested was IDR 5 billion. However, in mid-February 2020 when Anya Dwinov wanted to take her investment money, it was discovered that there were various problems.
Starting from default to difficulty contacting Indosurya. Until now, Anya Dwinov admitted that there was no information from Indosurya regarding the return of the investment money. What happened to Anya Dwinov also turned out to be happening with tens of thousands of other customers.
"Lastly in the alliance group, I saw that on July 8 yesterday there were several dozens of victims of Indosurya demonstrations at Tugu Tani to ask for clarity on the Indosurya case. Because the assets that have been successfully taken do not know. It can be returned a few percent, it means that the system is working," said Anya Dwinov.
"There are Indosurya assets that have been successfully auctioned off but the value is small. It seems that the costs of the case have run out. So until now the fate is not clear. We still hope without a target," added Anya with a sharp smile. Indosurya Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) investment case reportedly cost around 23,000 customers with a total of Rp106 trillion.
However, Anya Dwinov is not traumatized by investing in financial or banking products. However, with the incident of Indosurya, Anya Dwinov felt she had to be more aware of the investment offer.
"Trauma is not but much more vigilant every time someone offers any investment product, I become very fierce, maybe the language," said Anya Dwinov to Eddy Wijaya with a smile.

In addition to facing a small amount of Rp 5 billion back from Indosurya, Anya Dwinov is also facing a dispute over the purchase of a residential house in the Bekasi area.
Starting from her mother's offer to buy a friend's house. Anya Dwinov, who was initially not interested, finally melted to her mother's request.
In 2012, Anya Dwinov then made the house transaction with the heirs at a price of Rp. 2 billion. The house was bought by involving banks and paid in installments for four years. When he paid off the installments, Anya Dwinov then felt something was odd because one of the heirs from the house did not want to move and instead reported Anya Dwinov to the police.
At that time, Anya was accused of not being transparent in house purchase transactions. In fact, according to Anya, he had followed the procedure for buying the house so that the banks wanted to finance it with the mortgage system.
"During the sale of the house, the heirs were signed before the notary and bank until the deed of emptying and they agreed. But until now the house is still controlled by one of the heirs," said Anya Dwinov to Eddy.
The house dispute case went to the Supreme Court. On October 19, 2020 Anya Dwinov won it and was entitled to ownership of the disputed house. However, until now, according to Anya Dwinov, the house has not been executed even though according to statutory regulations, Anya Dwinov can apply for forced execution.
"Friends told me, just execution. Tired, yes, I don't want to make a fuss," said Anya Dwinov.
To Eddy Wijaya, Anya Dwinov also said that there are no plans to execute the house in the near future. Check out the full interview on the EdShareOn YouTube Channel. (ADV)
