Police Guard Hotel Where Bruno Mars And Crew Stay Near JIS

JAKARTA - A total of 2 thousand personnel were deployed to secure the Bruno Mars concert at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) Stadium, North Jakarta.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi, said that this security involved a number of joint personnel.

"Satgasda (Polda) 1,628, Task Force (Polres) 160 personnel, BKP TNI and Regional Government (Pemda) DKI Jakarta 212 personnel," said Ade Ary in his statement, Wednesday, September 11.

The security targets of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) Stadium, the accommodation hotel where Bruno Mars is staying with the crew, and around the JIS area.

The police appealed to spectators who would enjoy the Bruno Mars concert to find other alternative routes, to avoid traffic congestion.
