PGN-Inti Alasindo Energy Cooperation Related To The KPK Research And Purchase Of Gas
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Finance Manager of PT Inti Alasindo Energy (IAE), M. Ridwan on Tuesday, September 10 yesterday.
He was examined as a witness to the alleged corruption in the process of cooperation in the sale and purchase of gas between PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGN) and PT Isar Gas/PT Inti Alasindo Energi in 2017-2021.
"Witness MR was present (at the KPK's Red and White Building, ed)," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, September 11.
Tessa said investigators explored a number of things in the examination. Among them are the cooperation between the private and state-owned companies in gas procurement.
"Investigated in relation to the cooperation between PGN and PT Inti Alasindo Energy," he said.
Actually, investigators will also examine Wenny Ayu Hapsari, who is the Head of Legal Contract of PT PGN. However, he was absent without giving information.
"Witnesses have not been present until now," said Tessa.

In this case, the KPK named two people as suspects. The information circulating in them is Danny Praditya, who is the commercial director of PT PGN for the 2016'2019 period.
Danny is also the former president director of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Inalum). While the other is Iswan Ibrahim who is the main director of PT Isar Gas.
The investigation of this case began with an audit by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The results were then submitted to the KPK.
The anti-corruption commission said this corruption case had cost the state hundreds of billions of rupiah.
