Indonesian National Team Supporters Asked Not To Take Anarchic Actions At SUGBK
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro appealed to supporters of the Indonesian national team who visited the third round of Group C match of the Asian zone 2026 World Cup qualifiers between Indonesia vs Australia at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) Senayan, Central Jakarta, not to take anarchic actions.
"We hope that the supporters remain polite. There will not be anarchism and will not destroy public facilities. The match will start at 19.00 WIB," said Kombes Susatyo when confirmed, Tuesday, September 10, evening.
For security, 2,335 joint personnel were deployed to secure the 2026 World Cup qualifying match in the Asian zone.
"Today we have deployed 2,335 joint personnel to secure the Indonesian vs Australia football match at GBK Jakarta," he said.

The joint personnel involved came from the Metro Jaya Police, Central Jakarta Metro Police, TNI and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
Personnel were deployed at a number of points in the GBK area, starting from the entrance, where the match took place, to around GBK Senayan.
Kombes Susatyo also appealed to spectators not to carry firecrackers, fireworks or flares, sharp weapons to alcoholic beverages.
"All parties must maintain security and order at the location of the match. To road users who have no interest in avoiding areas around GBK and looking for alternative routes so they are not trapped in traffic congestion," he said.
