Director General Of Land Transportation Distributes Funds For Labor Intensive Programs In Aceh
BANDA ACEH - The Director-General of Land Transportation (Dirjen Hubdat), Budi Setiyadi, is again holding a Labor Intensive Program in the Area I Aceh Land Transportation Management Center. This activity is useful for accelerating national economic recovery in various regions.
"As directed by the President and the Minister of Transportation, the condition of the Indonesian economy is greatly affected by the conditions of informal workers so that the Government needs to provide economic resilience to the community with activities that are beneficial to society and the Government," explained Director General Budi, in a written statement, Sunday, March 28.
Director-General Budi stated that this Labor Intensive Program is in line with the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 73 of 2018 concerning Procedures for Implementing Labor Intensive Programs within the Ministry of Transportation.

The Head of the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region I of Aceh Province, Mulyahadi, reports that he has absorbed as many as 340 (three hundred and forty) workers. This includes channeling a budget to the public of IDR 1 billion.
"Alhamdulillah, in Aceh we involved more than 340 workers for the construction of the Takengon Terminal, Langsa Terminal, and road facilities," said Mulyahadi.
The Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region I Aceh Province will carry out several physical development activities in the form of Revitalization/Rehabilitation of 2 (two) Type-A Terminals in Aceh namely Takengon and Langsa, Rehabilitation of Singkil Crossing Port, Procurement and Installation of Road Safety Facilities on 6 (six) sections of National Roads in the Aceh Province and the installation of an Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) for traffic system in Banda Aceh City, with a total budget of IDR 63.1 billion.
