The Determination Of Dynamical Prices For Oasis Concert Tickets For The British Government To Intervene
JAKARTA - The euphoria of fans at the Oasis reunion changed with the emergence of blasphemy after ticket sales were carried out on Saturday, August 31 last week.
To date, the dynamic pricing implemented by Ticketmaster as a ticket sales platform continues to be criticized by Oasis fans. Even the British government stepped in to respond to the complaint.
According to a BBC report, the dynamic pricing makes the advertised standard stand ticket 135 (Rp2.75 million) plus other costs, relabeled and price changed on Ticketmaster to 355 (Rp7.4 million) plus other costs.
This made the British government speak up. Culture Minister Lisa Nandy said that she wanted to end the fraudulent resales and ensure tickets were sold at a reasonable price.
"It's sad to see such a high price that it eliminates ordinary fans," Nandy said, citing the BBC, Wednesday, September 4.

"The ministry will look at issues surrounding transparency and the use of dynamic pricing, including technology around queue systems that provide incentives for that," he continued.
Fans also voiced their disappointment with the Oasis ticket sales system. Failed ticket buyers, John said what happened had distanced Oasis from his fan base from the working class.
"You can't spend your whole day online trying to buy tickets in the hope of paying a single price, and you arrive in front of the line and the number is more than double," said John.
"This is outrageous," he said.
