Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi Will Register For Central Java Gubernatorial Election Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The candidate for governor and deputy governor of Central Java, Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi, will register with the Central Java Regional General Election Commission (KPUD) tomorrow, Tuesday, August 27.

They took this step after they were officially promoted by the PDI-P (PDIP) and received a decree from the PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"Registration if there is no change tomorrow, we will register at the KPUD," Andika told reporters at the PDIP DPP office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, August 26.

Andika ensured that preparations would be made with Hendi, who is Hendrar Prihadi's nickname. "After that, we will definitely try to see what we have to do until the time is right," he said.

In the future, Andika said that he would ensure the sustainability of the next governor. Including Ganjar Pranowo, who served for two terms as the number one person in Central Java.

"What is clear is that we want to see Central Java as a working, productive community, makayo (active to work), becik (good, correct) but also have to be absent," said the former TNI Commander.

"Because indeed we cannot carry out any development or improve what must be improved from the community without cooperating from all sectors, all levels, down to top to the community in Central Java," continued Andika.

As previously reported, PDIP again announced the candidate for the third wave of regional heads on Monday, August 26. Among them are Andika Perkasa-Hendrar Prihadi who ran in the Central Java gubernatorial election and Airin Rachmi Diany-Ade Sumardi.
