Not Officially Divorced, Venna Melinda Will Sue Ferry Irawan
JAKARTA - Venna Melinda said that she would again sue for divorce from her husband, Ferry Irawan, after previously the lawsuit from Ferry was declared null and void by the South Jakarta Religious Court.
He confirmed that next week his attorney, Sandy Arifin, would register the divorce suit after all the divorce needs were made.
"God willing, in the near future, Mas Sandy Arifin as a lawyer, I will file a lawsuit because it is like that, right, but after all, God willing, next week because a draft is being made," said Venna Melinda, quoted by VOI from YouTube Intense Investigation, Monday, August 26.
For this trial, Venna said that she did not want to interfere too much and left all matters to her attorney.
"We'll see later, I'll focus on Athalla, Verrel, Vania, so things that have passed, have passed," said Venna.
Venna Melinda cannot deny that she is quite disappointed with this incident, which should have been completed since her first divorce suit.
"The mechanism because I didn't attend was finally delayed, in fact, yesterday it went smoothly, it was broken," he added.

Previously, the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah, explained that Ferry and Venna's divorce was declared dead because Ferry as the plaintiff for divorce did not state his pledge until the deadline on May 30 yesterday.
"The appeal registration was on August 18, 2023, then it was decided to appeal on October 3, 2023, and notification of the contents of the appeal decision to the applicant on October 6, 2023 and the respondent on October 27, 2023," said Taslimah, quoted by VOI from YouTube Starpro, Monday, August 26.
"The applicant's right or husband's right to pledge divorce that must be conveyed before the trial. It's the pledge's turn, the execution is for divorce, it's not used. Because it's not used and has been given 6 months, then the case dies. If it dies, it means it's back to normal, the status is still husband and wife," explained Taslimah.
