Airlangga And Jusuf Hamka Withdraw From Golkar, Ahok: Sad Too
JAKARTA - Chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) admitted that he was sad to see the dynamics of the Golkar Party at this time.
Where, Golkar Party Chairman Airlangga Hartarto resigned, and was followed by Jusuf Hamka who also resigned from his position as a member of the Advisory Council of the Golkar Party.
"Yes, I'm a bit sad too," said Ahok when met at the PDIP DPP office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, August 14.
On the one hand, Ahok appreciated Jusuf Hamka's decision to remain with Airlangga on the dynamics that were taking place within the banyan party.
"We have integrity, which we hope is that there will be loyalty. If we still agree. It's impossible for us to walk together if we don't agree. Well, if we want to walk together, we have to agree," Ahok explained.
Previously, Airlangga Hartarto announced his resignation as General Chair (Ketum) of the Golkar Party DPP.
Airlangga explained the reason for the resignation was because he wanted to maintain the integrity of the Golkar Party and ensure stability during the transition of government from the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo to the Elected President Prabowo Subianto.

Meanwhile, Jusuf Hamka said he knew the news about who caused Airlangga Hartarto to resign from the General Chairperson of the Golkar DPP.
"Oh, I heard a lot, I Know to much, but I don't want to talk to much (I know a lot, but I don't want to talk too much)," said Jusuf Hamka after submitting a letter of resignation from the Golkar Party management at the Golkar Party DPP building, Monday, August 12.
The man who is familiarly called Babah Alun prefers not to talk about it because he no longer wants to interfere in the internal affairs of the Golkar Party.
