The Attorney General's Office Fugitive In The Land Procurement Case Of The Samarinda City Government Arrested By The East Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office
The Prosecutor's Office has detained a fugitive from the Indonesian Attorney General's Office (AGO) with the initials TDH (69) who is a suspect in corruption in land acquisition for the needs of the Samarinda City Government (Pemkot), East Kalimantan (Kaltim).
"The detention of fugitive TDH was carried out early this Tuesday at around 02.00 WITA after previously being caught and undergoing examination a few hours earlier," said Head of the Samarinda District Attorney's Office (Kejari) Firmansyah Subhan in Samarinda, Tuesday, August 13, as reported by Antara.
The suspect TDH was arrested by intelligence from the East Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) on Monday, August 12 at around 18.30 WITA on Siradj Salman Street, Samarinda.
When secured, the suspect was cooperative. The suspect TDH was then taken to the East Kalimantan Prosecutor's Office to be handed over to be detained by the Samarinda Kejari Investigation Team. The detention was carried out on Monday 12 August at around 22.00 WITA.

Furthermore, the Samarinda Kejari Investigative Team conducted an examination of the suspect, as well as issued a detention warrant at the investigation level.
"This morning at around 02.00 WITA, the suspect TDH was handed over to the Class IIA Samarinda State Detention Center (Rutan) for the implementation of detention. TDH was detained at the investigation level for 20 days from August 13 to September 1," said Erfandy.
He explained that the land acquisition for the needs of the Samarinda City Government was land on Kadrie Oening Street, Air Hitam Village, Samarinda Ulu District, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan.
In this case, the suspect TDH is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) junto, Article 18 of Law (UU) RI Number 31/1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption, as amended and supplemented by Law Number 20/2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31/1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption junto.
