Threatening To Use A Knife, 15-year-old Santri In Malaysia Sodomy Class Sister In Warehouse

JAKARTA - A 15-year-old student is desperate to sodomize her classmate at a madrasah or Islamic boarding school (Ponpes) in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia.

Citing local media News Daily, the perpetrator has been arrested today, Monday 12 August.

According to a police report, the victim was sleeping in the room and then the perpetrator came with a knife.

The victim fell asleep with a knife around his neck and was asked by the perpetrator to follow his orders to go to the warehouse.

Worried that the perpetrator's actions were armed with a knife, the victim complied with the instructions.

Arriving at the warehouse, the perpetrator began sodomizing the victim on July 8 in the morning.

After the incident, the victim informed the management of the boarding school, who then contacted the victim's parents.

The victim's father then filed a police report at the Batu Pahat District Police Headquarters (IPD) Malaysia the next day.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Malaysian criminal law Article 377C of the Criminal Code with a threat of 20 years in prison and caning if found guilty.

Along with today's arrest, the Malasian court also allowed the perpetrators to be released on a guarantee of RM1,000 with one guarantor.
