KPK Investigate Acceptance Of Gratification And Money Laundering Abdul Gani Kasuba Through Chairman Of The DPRD Kuntu Daud
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has questioned the Chairman of the North Maluku DPRD, Kuntu Daud, regarding the receipt of gratuities and money laundering of former North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasuba. He has undergone examination by investigators today.

Meanwhile, when asked about Kuntu's confession being questioned about the construction of the North Maluku PDIP DPD office, Tessa did not want to answer further. He said investigators were still investigating.

He is suspected of bribing former North Maluku Governor Abdul Gani Kasuba in the amount of Rp. 7 billion for the management of the Production Operation IUP to the proposal for the determination of the mining business permit area (WIUP) to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
