Father In NTB Perkosa Putri Kandung Since Middle School With Threats To Divorce His Mother

NTB - Mataram City Police (Polresta) in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) revealed the case of a father with the initials MJ (38) raping his biological daughter from grade 2 junior high school to grade 2 high school.

The perpetrator issued the threat when he first committed immoral acts against the victim, who was still in grade 2 of junior high school.

"During grade 2 of junior high school, the victim had refused to kick the perpetrator. That's where the first perpetrator threatened the victim, saying he would divorce the victim's biological mother if she refused," he said.

Yogi explained that his party was trying to provide psychological recovery for the victim by entrusting the person concerned at the Mataram Paramita Center.

For the perpetrators, the perpetrators are now a suspect and are undergoing detention at the Mataram Police Detention Center.

From the results of the case title, at least two pieces of evidence have confirmed the status of MJ as a suspect who is suspected of violating Article 81 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 76 D of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
