Becoming A Cagub Of Jakarta, Ridwan Kamil: I Will Love Persija

JAKARTA - Former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil admitted that he would embrace all young people, including the Persija football team when he was a candidate, including if he was elected governor of Jakarta.

"In the past I was in Bandung in love with the whole thing, I in West Java loved the whole thing. If I went to Jakarta I would love the whole thing. Including Persija. That's the formula for the rhythm of people just entering all houses," said Ridwan Kamil as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, August 8.

The man who is familiarly called RK has also not been able to explain in detail what campaign steps will be taken to gain the support of the citizens of Jakarta.

Although he does not yet have a special strategy, Kang Emil admits that he is not afraid to face anyone in the Jakarta Pilkada.

"When the mayor was against 8 pairs, when he was in West Java he was against 4 pairs. Jakarta with anyone is ready," said RK.

Ridwan Kamil received the green light from the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartato, to run as a candidate for governor of Jakarta.

"I was asked to officially run as governor of the special Jakarta area from the Golkar party. So the informal is like that," he said.

RK explained that the formal announcement regarding him running as a candidate for governor of Jakarta will be announced after the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM) finds a candidate for deputy governor to accompany him.

Until now, KIM and the Golkar Party are still working on who is the right person to accompany Ridwan Kamil.
