Ombudsman Of The Republic Of Indonesia Asks The Public To Report If There Are Obstacles In CASN Selection At The End Of August 2024

The Indonesian Ombudsman has invited the public or the public to report immediately if there are obstacles in the implementation of the 2024 State Civil Apparatus Candidate (CASN) selection. CASN will be held at the end of August.

RI Ombudsman member Robert Na Endi Jaweng said his party had anticipated the 2024 CASN Selection by holding a coordination meeting (rakor) of supervision involving various parties.

"We have written the results of the coordination meeting in Circular Letter Number 12 of 2024 concerning Supervision of the Implementation of Selection for State Civil Apparatus Candidates in 2024," said Robert at the Bincang Media event entitled Update on Supervision of the Indonesian Ombudsman in the Personnel Sector in Jakarta, Thursday, August 8, confiscated by Antara.

He explained that reports regarding the 2024 CASN Selection can be submitted directly or indirectly. The report can directly be submitted to the Indonesian Ombudsman and representatives of the Ombudsman throughout Indonesia.

Meanwhile, reports can indirectly be submitted by telephone, letters, the Ombudsman's official website, the national complaint application, and social media.

Robert explained, there are several requirements for the complainant. For individuals (direct victims), the requirements must be met, namely including a full name, an active phone number, a Population Identification Number (NIK) accompanied by a copy of the Identity Card (KTP), as well as registration number accompanied by a copy of the registration card.

Furthermore, also include a complete address, the substance of the complaint (CPNS selection or PPPK selection), the reported agency, the chronology of complaints and expectations, as well as information or evidence that the reporter has submitted objections or efforts to the reported agency.

Meanwhile, the attorney of the direct victim who will report, he said, must include a power of attorney from the victim directly to the authorized party, a copy of the power of attorney's ID card, an active telephone number, an active direct victim's phone number, as well as a registration number along with a copy of the victim's direct registration card.

In addition, other requirements, namely the complete address of the victim, the substance of the complaint (CPNS selection or PPPK selection), the reported agency, the chronology of the complaint and the hope of the reporter, as well as information or evidence that the reporter has submitted objections or efforts to the reported agency.
