Regarding Service At Mazda Official Workshop And Consumer Confidence That Continues To Grow

JAKARTA - Mazda is a fairly popular car brand in Indonesia. However, there are still some Mazda car owners who have not brought their vehicles for service at the official workshop owned by PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI).

Even so, many Mazda users are aware of the importance of serving in official workshops to maintain the condition of their car.

PT EMI's Chief Operating Officer, Ricky Thio, stated that more and more Mazda owners, both new and old, prefer official workshops because they prefer to trust the quality of services provided compared to public workshops.

In public workshops, usually the diagnostic tools are incomplete. They focus more on mechanical matters such as bolts and screws. While in the official workshop, everything has been computerized and problems can be detected more fully," Ricky explained to the media in Simprug, Jakarta, recently.

In addition, Ricky added that Mazda users choose official workshops because they are more secure and many interesting programs accommodate their needs.

"We also have a lot of programs outside the warranty, such as service programs during the homecoming season, which provide additional benefits for users," added Ricky.

Many old Mazda car owners returned to official workshops, showing a high level of trust in the services provided.

Many old Mazda owners have returned to service at our official workshop, such as the owner of CX-7 who has again entrusted us with the maintenance of his car, Ricky said.

Ricky also ensured that Mazda's official workshop had adequate spare parts supplies, even for cars over 10 years old.

We have the availability of adequate spare parts for models that are over 10 years old, such as the old CX-7. We still provide spare parts," said Ricky.

If the spare parts supply is limited, it will contact Mazda Motor Corporation (MMC) to get additional supplies.

"If nothing yet, we will contact the MMC in Hiroshima," concluded Ricky.
