Kim Jong-un Launches 250 New Ballistic Missile Launchers For North Korea's Military
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un oversaw the delivery of a new tactical ballistic missile system to the country's military on Sunday, state media reported.
Leader Kim gave a speech at the launch of 250 new tactical ballistic missile launchers in Pyongyang.
The launch was described by state media as a powerful cutting-edge tactical attack weapon privately designed by leader Kim and ready to be transferred to KPA units.
KPA refers to the Korean People's Army, North Korean military forces.
Earlier, North Korea said it had tested its new tactical ballistic missile last month.
Pyongyang will step up nuclear readiness in the near future to ward off the nuclear threat and protect itself from responding to every challenge, the North Korean leader said in a speech to soldiers and military scientists.

Furthermore, Leader Kim reiterated its stance, hoarding and upgrading the country's nuclear weapons is the best way to fight what it says is a nuclear threat and pressure from the United States.
The leader of the closed country also said peace was guaranteed by "absolute and unrivaled self-defense capabilities," according to KCNA.
