The Case Of The Former Regent Of Central Lombok Married Again Without Permission For His Wife To Rise Investigation

NTB - West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police (Polda) raised the status of handling the case of alleged former Central Lombok Regent Moh. Suhaili Fadil Tohir remarried without permission from his legal wife to the investigation stage.

The Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Syarif Hidayat confirmed that the handling of the case has now gone up to the investigation stage.

The witnesses in this case, he said, amounted to four people. Apart from Suhaili as the reported party, another witness is the reporter with the initials L, and the married wife with the initials N.

Suhaili's attorney, Abdul Hanan, who was confirmed regarding the increase in the status of the handling of this case, admitted that he had not received any information from the NTB Police.

"There is also no summons for examination. There is an invitation letter requesting clarification at the investigation stage on Wednesday (July 31)," said Hanan.

He admitted that he had informed the NTB Police that his client on Wednesday, July 31, could not attend because it collided with the political campaign agenda in Bima Regency.

"At that time, we asked to postpone it one week, because there was a friendship with the volunteers in Bima. Tomorrow next Wednesday (August 7) we will come," he said.
