KPK Summons Semarang City Fire Department Secretary Ade Bhakti And 7 Other Witnesses
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the Secretary of the Semarang City Fire Department Ade Bhakti Ariawan today, Friday, August 2. He will be questioned as a witness in the alleged corruption in the Semarang City Government (Pemkot)."The investigation was carried out at the Sultan Agung Road Police Academy Number 131, Semarang City, Central Java on behalf of the following ABA who is a civil servant, namely the Secretary of the Semarang City Fire Department," said KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardika to reporters in a written statement, Friday, August 2.In addition, investigators also examined other witnesses at the same location. They are the Head of the Semarang City Regional Development Planning Agency Budi Prakosa (BP); Head of the Institutional and Infrastructure Section of the Semarang City Education Office Muhammad Farid (MF); and the Head of the Semarang City Health Office Mochamad Abdul Hakam (MAH).Then he was also summoned to be questioned by Agus Budiyanto (AB) who is the Supervisor for the Management of PT Deka Sari Perkasa's warehouse and Goods Delivery; Commissioner of PT Dieng Agung and PT Sthapati Rencang Pranata, Erwan Pudyarto Marwanto (EPM); Freddy Halim Wiradikusuma Tjakra Winata (FHW) who is the General Manager of CV Jaya; and Rudy Cahyono (RC) who is the President Director of CV Jaya.Previously reported, the KPK began investigating three alleged corruption crimes within the Semarang City Government (Pemkot). The details are the procurement of goods and services within the Semarang City Government in 2023 – 2024, allegations of extortion against civil servants related to incentives for collecting taxes and levies in the Semarang City area, as well as allegations of receiving gratuities in 2023-2024.
Searches have been carried out in various locations such as in the cities of Semarang, Kudus, Salatiga, and others. From there, documents up to Rp1 billion and 9,650 euros were found as well as dozens of watches allegedly related to the case.In this case, Ita and three other people have been prevented from leaving the country for six months. They are her husband who is also the Chairman of Commission D of the Central Java DPRD, Alwin Basri; Chairman of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gapensi) Semarang City, Martono; and Rahmat Djangkar who are private parties.
