"Since the Ministerial Regulation (Permen) 7 (2024) was enforced, the number (PNBP) is around Rp. 3.6 billion. Imagine if so far many people say that every day BBL flies abroad, we get nothing. Now, we have PNBP thanks to this policy," said Assistant for Special Media Tasks and Public Communication of the KKP Doni Ismanto in a press conference related to the Update on the Development of the Lobster Seed Smuggling Case (BBL) at the KKP office, Thursday, July 18.
Doni said that this state revenue donation marked the success of the Lobster Governance policy through the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation (PermenKP) Number 7 of 2024.
He also denied the issue that this new regulation would facilitate BBL exports.
