South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Registers Harvey Moeis' Case, Sandra Dewi's Husband Will Soon Be Tried
The South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) is said to be registering the trial of suspect Harvey Moeis to the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court.
Harvey Moeis is one of the suspects in the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system in the mining permit (IUP) PT Timah Tbk for the 2015-2022 period.
Regarding the trial registration for the suspect Harvey Moeis, his attorney, Harris Arthur confirmed. Based on the information he received, the case involving his client will be registered today.
"That's right, the information is today," Harris told VOI, Friday, August 2.
Confirmed separately, the Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kajari) Haryoko Prabowo, who was questioned about the same matter, only said that he was still in the process of being transferred or registered.
"It's a process," said Haryoko.
When the registration of the case has been completed, then, Harvey Moeis, who is the husband of Sandra Dewi, will soon be tried at the trial stage.

The corruption money received by Harvey and Helena, among others, through the tin-loging processing equipment rental program between PT Timah Tbk. with PT Refined Bangka Tin, CV Venus Inti Perkasa, PT Sariwiguna Bina Sentosa, PT Stanindo Inti Perkasa, and PT Tinindo Internusa.
