Male Drunk And Hits Online Taxi Car On Radio In South Jakarta Not A Member Of BIN

JAKARTA Two men in front of the Wingstop Radio Dalam restaurant, Ahmad Dahlan Street, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta were involved in a commotion. One of the men claimed to be a member of BIN with the initials APM, had a fight with an online taxi driver who at the time of the incident was transporting APM's lover.

Based on the video seen, it started when APM's lover left in an online taxi car. APM, who found out that his girlfriend was in the car, immediately chased him on a motorbike. When he approached, APM accidentally hit his motorbike into the car. Suddenly the online taxi driver got angry and got out of his car approaching APM.

A verbal altercation ensued between APM and an online taxi driver. APM seemed to be cursing the online taxi driver. Then the online taxi driver challenged APM to solve the problem at the police station. However, APM became even more angry until he finally mentioned that he was a member of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).

Residents who saw the incident tried to separate the two. However, APM continued to curse, making residents furious.

As a result, APM was beaten by residents and lying in the middle of the road. Meanwhile, the woman who is known to be APM's lover immediately helped her, and asked residents to stop their own vigilant actions. APM was taken to the Kebayoran Baru Police for processing.

Kebayoran Baru Police Chief, Kompol Aritonang confirmed the incident. The incident was published on Thursday, August 1, at 03.45 WIB.

"It is true that there has been a commotion in front of the Wingstop restaurant, Thursday," said Aritonang in his statement, Friday, August 2.

Aritonang said that the man who claimed to be a member of BIN was under the influence of alcohol. So he talks irregularly and fights with other people.

Regarding whether or not APM is a member of BIN, Aritonang ensures that APM is not part of BIN.

"The perpetrator was already drunk with his partner. Then the perpetrator fell off the motorbike, and had time to abuse one of the car drivers," he said.

APM was asked to make a statement not to repeat a similar incident and then allowed to go home.
