NTB Prosecutor's Office Investigates Criminal Management Of DAK Dikbud Of IDR 42 Billion
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) is investigating indications of corruption in the management of special allocation funds (DAK) for the 2023 education and cultural office (dikbud) worth IDR 42 billion.Assistant for Intelligence at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Wayan Riana, said that the investigation into this criminal indication was still ongoing at the prosecutor's investigation stage."So, this investigation is still collecting data and information. We are still investigating the indications (corruption convicts)," said Riana in Mataram, Antara, Thursday, August 1.Regarding the parties who have been asked for clarification in the investigation process, he admitted that he had not received further information from the prosecutor's team."Given that this case is still under investigation, we cannot provide further information," said the prosecutor who had served at the anti-corruption commission.Assistant for Special Crimes (Aspidsus) of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Elly Rahmawati, previously conveyed the same thing as the NTB Attorney General's Intelligence Assistant that the investigation stage is still in the process of collecting data and information.Regarding the direction of the investigation, Elly said that his party was tracing criminal indications that appeared in the procurement of props and construction projects.The alleged crime that emerged in the management of the DAK of the NTB Education and Culture Office is related to the process of distributing goods and services.There are a number of vocational schools that have not received a grant of equipment from the procurement of the program, even though the payment warrant (SPM) to one of the partners has been issued on December 1, 2023.For development projects, criminal allegations arise from the work of the student practice room (RPS) SMK. It was recorded that 24 SMKs received construction projects, but until the deadline for work on December 31, 2023, only two SMKs had entered the handover stage or Provisional Hand Over (PHO).From the search for the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE) of NTB Province, the NTB Education and Culture Office utilized DAK in 2023 for the auction for the planning and construction of the SLBN 3 Mataram new school unit (USB) with a total budget ceiling of IDR 8.64 billion.For the development planning project, it emerged as the winner of the PT Vertexindo Consultant auction, which is located in the Ampenan area, Mataram City. The company emerged as the winner of the auction with an offering price of Rp180 million.
Meanwhile, the construction project was won by CV Mahkota Indah, whose address is in Ampenan, Mataram City with an offering price of IDR 8.05 billion.
