Sue Cerari, Nisya Ahmad Does Not Demand Custody Of Children And Assets To Andika Rosadi

JAKARTA - The couple Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi are currently undergoing a divorce trial at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Where previously, Nisya had sued her husband on May 10.

This was confirmed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.

"It is true that the person concerned (Nisya Ahmad) has registered his case in the image of the South Jakarta Religious Court, on May 10, 2024. At his inaugural trial on May 30, 2024," said Taslimah, quoted by VOI from YouTube LK Media, Wednesday, July 31.

In this online trial, Taslimah explained that Nisya did not rely on child custody or Gono-gini assets to Andika Rosadi.

"Nothing, nothing (child custody and property) that's all," explained Taslimah.

"That's what we know, the information we conveyed was that he only filed for divorce," he added.

For his own reason, Taslimah was reluctant to say that he was included in the main case of the trial and Nisya's divorce trial was also carried out behind closed doors.

"Yes, there is a reason because this reason the trial is closed to the public, so there are reasons that we cannot convey because this is closed to the public," he explained.

Taslimah added that tomorrow, Thursday, August 1, Nisya and Andika are required to attend the trial with a proof agenda.

"For example, witnesses or family statements will later have confirmation to the parties because they need or are required to have confirmation or require confirmation, the parties concerned or the principal are expected to be required to attend before the trial," explained Taslimah.
