Members Of The Hajj Special Committee: It Is Impossible For PKB To Influence All Factions In The DPR For Cak Imin's Personal Revenge To The Minister Of Religion

JAKARTA - Member of the DPR's Hajj Angket Special Committee from the PKB faction, Luluk Nur Hamidah, responded to a statement by the Head of PBNU Yahya Cholil Staquf (Gus Yahya) who accused the formation of the Hajj Special Committee to attack PBNU, especially the Minister of Religion, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas (Gus Yaqut).

According to Luluk, Gus Yahya simplified the problem too much. The reason is that the Special Committee is an agreement of all factions and is determined through the Plenary Meeting.

"In fact, all factions have submitted a list of the names of members of the Special Committee as well as the Spur," said Luluk, Monday, July 29.

Luluk emphasized that the formation of the Hajj Special Committee was not due to the discourse of PBNU wanting to return the PKB to the NU lap. He stressed that the Hajj Special Committee had emerged since a joint meeting between the DPRwas and the Minister of Religion.

Luluk emphasized that PKB is not a party that has a majority seat in the DPR. Therefore, it is very impossible if PKB moves all factions to help Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) take revenge on the Minister of Religion, even though his capacity as deputy chairman of the DPR.

"So it is impossible to influence all factions just to get Gus Imin's personal grudge against the Minister of Religion," said Luluk.

"The chairman of PBNU underestimates all factions of the DPR RI who propose and approves the Hajj Special Committee," he said.
