"Then 10 percent of the profits per bet must be deposited into the city," he said.

Bandar also applied the rules to spectators of cockfighting gambling. They had to pay some money to watch the chicken fight.

It is known, the practice of cockfighting operates four times a week. Starting Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

"For spectators who want to enter, they are subject to a ticket of Rp. 50,000," said Ade.

In this gambling case, the police named 58 suspects. In which, 28 of them were detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.

While the rest must undergo a mandatory two-day report in a week. This is done so that their whereabouts are known not to be detained.

All of them are charged with Article 303 of the Criminal Code. Thus, they face a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
