JAYAPURA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) requested that children in Papua who have character and insight be prepared early on. "We see that in the future Papuan children must really be prepared not only smart and smart, but also insight and character," he said after attending the 40th National Children's Day (HAN) celebration at Istora Papua Bangkit, Jayapura, Papua, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, July 23. According to Jokowi, children are a future generation so that the government should be active in preparing ranging from their intelligence, understanding, to their character. According to the President, by obtaining a record of the Indonesian World Record Museum (MURI) for colossal dances, it proves that Papuan children can also work. "For this MURI record, Papuan children are very creative and it starts with the children we saw earlier that the colossal dances, children are very soulful and our DNA are indeed there," he added.
