Badminton Thomas, High Energy Anniversary Queen Dies
JAKARTA - Another sad news enveloped the music world in 2024. The artist, nicknamed the queen of the discotheque, totaled Thomas, has just been reported to have died.
This was confirmed by the producer and mentor of the singer, Ian Levine through social media.
"It's hard for me to receive news that my students have left us," he wrote on platform X on July 21 as reported by Billboard.
It was hard for him to see her leave first. But he believes his student's work will always be remembered by many people.
"The music work will always last for all of us," he said.
Thomas is widely known as a disco music icon in the late 70s to 80s. His talent was discovered and honed by Ian Levine as a mentor.
